Since 1964, Kimal has grown from its roots in medical device distribution into a business combining product development, manufacturing, distribution and clinical support.
Today, our portfolio spans specialist medical devices, procedural solutions and partner technologies across a range of clinical areas, supporting healthcare organisations in the UK and international markets.
About Us
Kimal began as a distributor of specialist medical devices, building knowledge and relationships across the healthcare sector.
In the early 1990s, we introduced our first cardiology procedure pack in the UK and expanded into medical device manufacturing. Since then, our capabilities have continued to develop across procedure packs, vascular access, renal care and other specialist areas.
That combination of distribution experience, product knowledge and manufacturing capability continues to shape how we work today.

About Us
Today, we manufacture more than one million procedure packs each year across four Class 8 clean rooms, using qualified medical-grade components and established assembly and testing processes.
Our manufacturing capability supports both standard and customised procedure pack solutions. We work with healthcare teams to configure packs around defined procedural requirements, drawing on established experience across cardiology, radiology, surgery and other procedural specialties.
Alongside manufacturing, Kimal has experience in product development and works with customers and partners to support the development of medical device solutions.
