Please find below details of our opening and closing times over the festive season:
UK Customer Services Christmas:
The last day to receive orders is on the 20th December 2017 in order to meet delivery time on 22nd December 2017.
Kimal’s UK Customer Services is closed on the 25th and 26th of December 2017 and re-opens on the 27th of December 2017.
Any orders received after 15:00 on the 20th of December will be delivered between the 27th and the 30th of December.
New Year:
Last day to receive orders is the 27th of December in order to meet delivery time on the 29th of December.
Any orders received after 15:00 on the 27th of December will be delivered from the 2nd of January 2018 onwards when Kimal re-opens for business as usual.

International Customer Services Christmas & New Year:
Kimal’s International Hub and Customer Care is closed from the 23rd December 2017 and will re-open on the 2nd January 2018.
The last day to receive orders is the 22nd December 2017 and the last day for freight forwarder and courier collections is the 22nd December 2017.
