Please find below details of our opening and closing times over the festive season:

UK Customer Services 

Christmas:

The last day to receive orders is on Friday 20th December 2019, in order to meet delivery time on Tuesday 24th December 2019.

Kimal’s UK Customer Services is closed on Wednesday 25th and Thursday 26th of December 2019, and re-opens on Friday 27th of December 2019.

Any orders received after 15:00 on Friday 20th December will be delivered between Friday 27th and Tuesday 31st December 2019.

New Year:

The last day to receive orders is Friday 27th December 2019, in order to meet delivery time on Tuesday 31st December 2019.

Any orders received after 15:00 on Friday 27th December 2019 will be delivered from Thursday 2nd January 2020 onwards, when Kimal re-opens for business as usual.

International Customer Services 

Christmas & New Year:

Kimal’s International Hub and Customer Care is closed from Wednesday 25th December 2019, and will re-open on Thursday 2nd January 2020.

The last day to receive orders is Tuesday 24th December 2019, for shipping in the New Year.

The last day for courier collections is Monday 23rd December 2019.

The last day for Freight Forwarder Collections is Monday 23rd December 2019, subject to the Forwarder’s Christmas working hours/days.
